Join us in the church sanctuary for a powerful service of worship and wisdom. As part of our gathering, we will take time to honor those who have served and continue to serve our country, remembering with gratitude all who have given their lives for our freedom.

The morning will include a wreath ceremony, moment of silence and more as well as a message from Pastor Brian Wilkie, titled “Who Stood Their Ground?”

Scripture Focus: Mathew 26: 47-56 📖

“But this has all taken place that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples deserted him and fled.”

This verse reminds us that when Jesus was arrested, even His closest followers fled. No one stood their ground in that moment. Yet through His steadfast courage, God’s plan was fulfilled. On Remembrance Day, we honor those who did stand their ground, men and women who faced fear and sacrifice to protect others. Both the verse and the day call us to reflect on courage, faithfulness, and the cost of standing firm for what is right.
