📖 Scripture Focus:  1 Timothy 5:1 – 2

““Do not rebuke an older man harshly, but exhort him as if he were your father. Treat younger men as brothers, 2 older women as mothers, and younger women as sisters, with absolute purity."

This verse from shows that community is something we actively practice by treating others like family, as Paul the Apostle instructs Timothy to relate to people with respect, care, and integrity across generations. Older men and women are to be honored like parents, peers treated like siblings, and all relationships handled with purity and gentleness, emphasizing that true Christian community is not just about gathering but about intentionally living out love, respect, and healthy boundaries in everyday interactions.
