This verse connects because Jesus gives his followers one clear, central mission: make disciples of all nations. After declaring His authority, He doesn’t offer multiple priorities or vague guidance, he gives a direct command that defines their purpose. The mission wasn’t confusing or complicated, he told them exactly what their job was.
